Nicole Shaffer, LE #2000
Nicole is a results-driven Esthetician with extensive experience in the aesthetic and beauty industry. Her love of skin care started at a young age when she would explore her Grandmother's Avon items and the little samples she was given. From there her passion only grew. With over 25 years in the aesthetic industry, Nicole has also fulfilled many roles in her Aesthetic career, such as Medical Spa Director, Patient Care Coordinator and Surgical Assistant, but her true passion always leads her back to the treatment room with her clients. She has gained more knowledge and experience by attending additional skin care training courses and is certified in numerous advanced treatments such as dermaplaning, fractional lasers, ultrasound therapy, chemical peels and micro-needling.
The last 13 years of her career, she has continued to broaden her knowledge and experience by working very closely with esteemed Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologist in North and South Carolina. Nicole believes the esthetics industry offers an on-going learning experience, and a continued course for higher education and greater experience is key to being the best esthetician possible that allows her to produce the desired results for her clients. Her passion for skin care and being able to share that knowledge with her clients is what makes her job an enjoyable experience each day.
Chaia Warrington, LE #17726
Chaia joined the Exhale team after serving as an Esthetician in Wilmington for four years. She was voted Esthetician of the Year in 2018 for the state of North Carolina with her previous spa which had 44 locations. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in finance and working in that field for ten years, she decided to go back to school and pursue her true passion, making others feel good about themselves! Chaia specializes in catering each facial service to her client's needs, expectations, and comfort level. She truly believes everyone deserves to feel good in their skin. Chaia and her husband have lived in Brunswick county since 2012 and welcomed their son in 2018. In her spare time, Chaia enjoys going to the beach, staying involved with her church, and anything that entertains her toddler. She looks forward to helping all of Exhale's clients make their skin care goals a reality!
Kelsie Lopez, Spa Manager, LE #25718
With six years of experience as a licensed Esthetician and makeup artist, Kelsie began her journey at the Aveda Institute in Orlando, FL. Graduating at the top of her class, Kelsie strives to excel and provide a relaxing and safe enviornment for her clients.
Along with Esthetics, she also holds an associate degree in Science and has a background in personal training and nutrition. combining overall body health and skincare into one, Kelsie stives to target any concerns with ones skin.
With extensive training in addressing pigmented, scarred, and aging skin, she is committed and aims to help clients achieve their personal goals and exceed their expectations. In her spare time, Kelsie enjoys working as a freelance makeup artist and cherishes her roles as a mother and wife.
Skylar Winter, LE #28904
Skylar is an Esthetician and nursing student pursuing a Master's in Science. With a deep passion for Medical Aesthetics, she promotes science-backed skincare while emphasizing a gentle approach focused on preventative measures for optimal skin health. She believes confidence is key and loves helping clients look and feel their best.
Skylar specializes in micro-needling, utilizing anti-inflammatory growth factors and cytokines derived from human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. Her cornerstone advice for anti-aging includes consistent nightly retinol application and daily sunscreen use.
As a Cosmetic Laser and Acne Therapy Specialist Practitioner, Skylar has personally battled acne, understanding the challenges posed by environmental factors, hormonal changes, and misleading 'non-comedogenic' products. After taking control of her own skin issues, she is dedicated to helping others achieve the same success.
